~ ~ <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING <br />CITY OF LA PORTS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS <br />(C.R.G. iNVESTMENTS PROJECT) Series 1983 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by <br />City of La Porte Industrial Development Corporation (the <br />"Issuer") on December 1, 1983, at 7:00. p.m., CST, 604 West <br />Fairmont Parkway,. La Porte, Texas, with respect to an issue of <br />industrial development revenue bonds (the "Bonds") to finance the <br />acquisition of approximately 106,000 square feet of land and the <br />construction an8 equipment of a shopping center to include two <br />buildings (collectively the "Facility") to be used to house a <br />Seven-Eleven, Pilgrim Cleaners., and various retail stores. The <br />maximum aggregate face amount of the Bonds to be issued with <br />respect to the Facility is $1,500,000. The initial owner, <br />operator, or manager of the Facility is C.R.G. Investments. The <br />prospective location of the Facility is the southeast corner of <br />Fairmont Parkway and Old Highway 146, La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend such public <br />hearing to express their views with respect t o the Facility and <br />issuance of the Bonds. Questions and requests for additional <br />information may be directed to Virginia Cline, President, City of <br />La Porte. Industria l Development Corporation, 604 West Fairmont <br />Parkway, P.
