Council considered.: AN ORDINANCE ANiENDTNG CHAPTER 25, .ARTICLE <br />IV, SECTION 25-64, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF <br />LA PO RTE TO INCLUDE BOATS, HOUSE TRAILERS, TRUCK TRACTORS, <br />RANCH TRAILERS, AND UTILITY. TRAILERS; AND AMENDING CHAPTER. 25, <br />ARTICLE V, SECTION 25-80, ET SEQ, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />OF THE CITY OF LA PO RTE; BY ADDING TO THE DEFINITION OF TRUCK <br />TRAFFIC; BY ADDING DEFINITIONS OF "BOAT", "DAYTIME", HOUSE <br />TRAILER",'NIGHTTIME", "RANCH TRAILER", "TRUCK TERMTNP,L", <br />SHIPPING CONTAINERS", "UTILITY TRAILERS", AND "SHIPPING CON- <br />TAINER STORAGE YARDS", AND BY LIMITING THE LOCATION OF TRUCK <br />TERMINALS; PROVIDING THAT ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE TERMS OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND <br />SHALL UPON CONVICTION BE FINED NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED <br />DOLLARS ($200.00); CONTAINING SEVERABILITY AND REPEALING <br />CLAUSES; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Amotion was made by Councilperson Longley to approve and <br />adopt Ordinance No. 1352 as read by the City Attorney.
