Beer Zoning Ordinance Committee: Hope to have something <br />at the next meeting <br />C. Landscape Ordinance Committee: The Committee has met <br />and made considerable changes in the original ordinance. <br />A public hearing by Planning & Zoning is set for April <br />28, 1983. It is requested to review this ordinance <br />with Council at the April workshop. <br />D. Sign Ordinance Committee: <br />19. Administrative Reports: <br />Looking at model ordinances. <br />City Manager Owen requested an executive session on a <br />personnel matter. <br />20. Council Action: <br />Councilperson Malone asked that Council approve a resolution <br />declaring the property immediately east of City Hall a City <br />Park and it be named "Heritage Park." rttet: "+th at nod <br />1. <br />Councilperson Graves asked Council to consider removing <br />Barbour's Cut Bldv., from New 146 west to 16th Street, <br />from the truck route. <br />Councilperson Pfeiffer asked for an update on the work being <br />done on the drainage ditch on Park Avenue. <br />Councilperson Skelton reported on his meeting in Austin be- <br />fore the Urban Affairs Committee. <br />21. Executive Session on personnel matter and a legal matter as <br />requested by the City Manager and City Attorney began at <br />10:29 P.M. <br />The Council returned to the Council table at 11:12 P.M. <br />A motion was made by Councilperson Westergren to pay the <br />damage claim by Johnnie Burlisen. Second by Counci person <br />Malone. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays.' <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Malone, Longley, Matuszak, Graves, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />
