• • <br />;~ <br />• Requests for Potable Water Service Outside the City of La Porte <br />Policies adopted by La Porte City Council on January 5, 1983 <br />I. .The proposed user shall supply the following information in writing: <br />1. Statement of utility demands*1 including as a minimum; <br />Average day demand <br />Peak day demand <br />Peak hourly demand (if applicable) <br />Fire protection*2 <br />Minimum working pressure requirements <br />which shall be reviewed and approved by the City of La Porte <br />*1 For any other than commercial or industrial users <br />* the City of La Porte will set the minimum utility demands <br />2 Note if fire protection is provided by another means or agency <br />2. Certified site plan showing. the total acreage of the tract <br />including present and proposed improvements and a suitable <br />location map of the site <br />• II.
