Administrative Reports:.. <br />City Manager Owen stated that Chief Freeman is working on <br />revising our hurricane and disaster plan and should have it <br />ready for review soon.. <br />He announced that at the next workshop RIMCO will present <br />the insurance report. and it will probably be rather lengthy. <br />The meeting will begin at 6:.00 P.M. <br />14. Council Action: <br />Matuszak: Thanks to Jack Owen and staff for getting the <br />es~nade project back on .track; is looking forward to the <br />successful completion of it within a couple of weeks. <br />Graves: The business at the corner of Barbour's Cut Blvd. <br />an 6 is again a trashed-out looking place. There is a <br />truck falling off of its dollies and junk piled almost to <br />• the road again. <br />
