City Manager Owen stated that Chief Freeman is working on revising our hurricane and disaster plan and should have it ready for review soon.. He announced that at the next workshop RIMCO will present the insurance report. and it will probably be rather lengthy. The meeting will begin at 6:.00 P.M. 14. Council Action: Matuszak: Thanks to Jack Owen and staff for getting the es~nade project back on .track; is looking forward to the successful completion of it within a couple of weeks. Graves: The business at the corner of Barbour's Cut Blvd. an 6 is again a trashed-out looking place. There is a truck falling off of its dollies and junk piled almost to • the road again.
