Council considered granting a variance to the subdivision ordinance to Mrs. Norma Hootman. Motion was made by 'Councilperson Skelton to grant the variance on building a street to Mrs.. Norma.Hootman with the stipulation that it be applied to one residence only and that an agreement be drawn. to that effect. Second by Councilperson Gay. The motion carried, 8 ayes and O nays. Motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak"to:accept staff's recommendation to hire Turner.. Collie & Braden to prepare the Com rehensve Plan and Sewage Master.
