City Attorney Askins requested that a motion be passed by Council that a statement letter be attached to the minutes stating that the bid process was not necessary to these items due to the cost factor of the distance to be traveled for using these sites. Second by Councilperson. Malone. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays.
