Commented on the proposed navy port and the impact it would have financially if it were located in this general area. Ayes: Councilpersons Malone, Bridges, Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Cline Nays: None 11. Council considered appointing a Council member and alternate' as voting representatives for the City of La Porte at TML meeting~in Dallas.
