The invocation was given by Councilperson Betty Waters. <br />3. Council considered approving the minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of City Council held October 17, 1984. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />-- minutes of the October 17 meet~n,~as presented. Second by <br />Councilperson Waters. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Bridges, Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, <br />Gay, Skelton, Westergren, Malone and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> <br />
