B at Large: Ginger Thompson <br />District 4: Lola Phillips (as previously noted) <br />District 5: Robert Swanagan <br />District 6: Jack Gresham <br />Mayor: Betty McKey <br />Names submitted for alternate members of the committee are <br />Jesus Vega and Hurdis Rhodes. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak that the names <br />submitted be appointed to the redistricting committee. Second <br />by Councilperson Skelton. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, Skelton, <br />Westergren, Malone, Bridges and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />Mayor Cline instructed staff to notify these people of their <br />appointment, and a date of January 16 at 7:00 P.M. was set for <br />the organizational meeting of the committee. <br />• Mayor Cline noted that an addendum had been posted to the <br />agenda at the request of the City Manager. The Mayor read the <br />addendum and Certification by the City Secretary of the <br />posting of same. The addendum item was: Nancy Neely - <br />Regarding Police Department Clothing Allowance. <br />The Mayor then read a memo from the City Manager regarding the <br />above, a copy of which is an official part of these minutes. <br />Mrs. Neely was in the audience, and Mayor Cline inquired if <br />she still wished to speak, since the matter had been <br />resolved. Mrs. Neely declined. The Mayor then struck the <br />addendum from the agenda. <br />10. Administrative Reports: <br />Mr. Owen reminded Council that John Lloyd would be present at <br />the workshop meeting on January 14 to present the Capital <br />Improvement Committee's report, and urged everyone to be <br />present. <br />• <br /> <br />I <br />
