This item was: Consider <br />adopting a resolution regarding State billboard legislation. <br />The City Attorney read Resolution 85-3. <br />Motion was made b~.Coun.cilP.erson_G.av to adopt Resolution 85-3 <br />as read by_the Citv Attorney. Second by Councilperson <br />Pfeiffer. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Bridges, Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, <br />Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />11. The continuation of the water rate study update by r1r. Lewis <br />McLain was then held. At the conclusion of Mr. McLain's <br />report, Mr. David Fetzer of Moroney, Beissner addressed <br />Council regarding method and requirements of financing bonds <br />• for utility improvements. <br />12. There were no administrative reports. <br />13. Councilpersons Bridges, Skelton, and Mayor Cline brought items <br />to Council's attention. <br />Mayor Cline reported <br />limit ordinance from <br />the April 3 agenda. <br />letter and ordinance <br />instructed the City <br />boxes. <br />she had received a construction speed <br />Omer Poorman that needs to be placed on <br />Councilperson Gay requested a copy of the <br />so it could be studied.
