The City Council of the City of La Porte <br />hereby makes the following appointments to the Fire Code Review <br />Committe of the City of La Porte, for the term beginning <br />May 1, 1985, and ending on April 30, 1987; provided, however, <br />all appointees shall serve until their successors have been <br />duly appointed and qualified: . <br />District 1 <br />District 2 <br />District 3 <br />District 4 <br />District 5 <br />District 6 <br />At Large, A <br />At Large, B <br />Mayor's Rep. <br />Ex Officio <br />Ex Officio <br />Ex Officio <br />- Delbert Walker <br />- Richard Browder <br />- Al Fields <br />- Robert Daniel <br />- Carlos Smith <br />- Fred Westergren <br />- Bryan Moore <br />- Tom Handy <br />- Tom Barrett <br />- Joe Sease, Fire Chief <br />- Paul Hickenbottom, Fire Marshall <br />- David Paulissen, Chief Building Official <br />Section 4. If any section, sentence, phrase, clause, or <br />any part of any section, sentence, phrase, or clause, of this <br />ordinance shall, for any reason, be held invalid, such invalidity <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance, and <br />it is hereby declared to be the intention of this City Council <br />to have passed each section, sentence, phrase or clause, or <br />part thereof, irrespective of the fact that any other section, <br />sentence, phrase or clause, or part thereof, may be declared <br />invalid. <br /> <br />,. <br />
