• • <br />On July 10, 1985, solid waste employee Bob Bishop was <br />returning from the landfill when he witnessed an accident <br />involving a tractor trailer and a passenger car. The vehicle <br />began to burn, and after reporting the information to authorities <br />via radio, Mr. Bishop and another witness pulled a man from the <br />burning car and began CPR on the victim until paramedics arrived. <br />
