The <br />motion carried, g ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Walker, Lloyd, Matuszak, Waters, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />8. Council considered awarding a purchase contract for general <br />auto supplies. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Westergren to accegt staff <br />recommendation and award bid 0101 to Allen & Kerber Parts for <br />general auto supplies; bid 0102 to Les Marks Chevrolet for <br />Chevrolet dealer parts; bid 010 to South Loop Ford Truck <br />Sales, Inc., for Ford dealer parts; and bid 0104 to Char~,ie <br />Thomas Chrvsler Plvmouth. I~c,_,__for__Chr_vsler dealer Darts. <br />Second by Councilperson Lloyd. The motion carried, 9 ayes and <br />0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Walker, Lloyd, Matuszak, Waters, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />9. Workshop Items <br />A. Discuss an ordinance regarding street and alley closings <br />was tabled at the request of the City Manager and the City <br />Attorney. <br />B. An overview of possible utility revenue sources and <br />capital recovery fees was presented by the City Manager and <br />Mr. Bill Metzger of Turner Collie & Braden. <br />Further study and action on this item will take place at a <br />special called meeting on August 28. <br />
