Council considered awarding a bid for reconditioning two <br />refuse bodies. <br />Mofi~n was made by Councilperson Llovd to award the bid for <br />rP~~nd;tioning two refuse bodies to Refuse Technologies Inc <br />in the amount of $8.400. Workshop Item: <br />Councilperson Walker formally submitted a redistricting map, <br />labeled Scenario 5A, for Council's study. <br />Councilperson Westergren presented Scenario 1.6, which had <br />been placed at the front of the Council Chambers with the <br />other redistricting maps, and asked that it also be submitted <br />as one of the possibilities for adoption. <br />Discuss redistricting maps and consider final adoption of <br />redistricting map and polling places. <br />Mr. Robert Thrower addressed Council to urge their <br />consideration of Scenario 4 as the formal redistricting map, <br />and asked that Scenario 1.6 be reviewed for the citizens <br />present. Councilperson Westergren then reviewed Scenario 1.6. <br />Mr. George Boyer addressed Council in support of Scenario 4. <br />Mr. Robert Crager addressed Council in support of Scenario <br />5-A. <br />Mr. Andy Wilson addressed Council in support of Scenario 5-A. <br />The City Attorney briefly reviewed the charter requirements <br />for redistricting. <br />
