• • <br />-7- <br />XII. <br />REVOCATION OF CONTRACT <br />WGMA reserves the right to cancel this contract in the event the <br />services performed by Contractor hereunder are unsatisfactory in the <br />judgment of WGMA. Modifications or cancellation shall not be ordered <br />without an opportunity for hearing by the Contractor. Cancellation <br />for cause may be ordered by WGMA at any time during the life of the <br />contract. <br />XIII. <br />SERVICE AREA <br />/ Contractor's primary obligation hereunder is to serve the area <br />described as the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, plus the <br />area within the City of La Porte's Battleground Industrial District, <br />the City of La Porte's Bayport Industrial District, and any other <br />entities within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of La <br />Porte. Contractor, however, shall have the right and privilege to <br />furnish ambulance service to other entities, including cities and <br />water districts, within the boundaries of the La Porte Independent <br />School District; provided, that the basic level and quality of service <br />to WGMA, as provided for herein, is not diminished. Contractor shall <br />not enter into any contract with any such other city, water district <br />or industry, containing terms and provisions more favorable to any <br />such city, water district or industry, than those contained herein. <br />Contractor shall be entitled to retain revenues received under such <br />other contracts. Contractor shall charge its usual and customary <br />fees for such service within such other cities and entities, which <br />fees shall not be less than those prescribed hereunder. Contractor <br />shall file a copy of any such other agreement with WGMA, within <br />fifteen (15) days of the execution thereof. <br />
