Item 17 was considered at this time. <br /> <br />17. Council considered the Master Plan for Little Cedar Bayou <br />Park. Representatives from SWA were present and showed slides <br />depicting the Master Plan for the park. <br /> <br />t40t ion was made <br />Master Plan for <br />begin Phase I. <br />carried, 6 ayes <br /> <br />bv Councilperson Matuszak to approve the <br />Little Cedar Bayou Park and to allow SWA to <br />Second by Councilperson Lloyd. The motion <br />and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, Pfeiffer, Gay <br />and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Council then considered Item 16, consider a contract for an <br />environmental study of Little Cedar Bayou Park. <br /> <br />Motion was made bY Councilperson Gay to approve SWA to do an <br />environment studY of Little Cedar Bayou Park, in an amount not <br />to exceed $i,500.00 without authorization. Second by <br />Councilperson Pfeiffer. The motion carried, 6 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, Pfeiffer, Gay <br />and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />18. Council considered a consent agenda: <br /> <br />A. Consider awarding a bid for bank sand. <br />B. Consider awarding a bid for automotive supplies. <br />C. Consider awarding a bid for front load containers. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion on item A, motion was made bY <br />Councilperson Lloyd to aoprove the consent agenda. Second by <br />Councilperson Matuszak. The motion carried, 6 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />
