Please note that the fee basis is now on'a per employee <br />per month format. The administration fee as quoted in the Council meeting <br />of June 9 is $7.13. To that is added a consulting fee of $1.63 per <br />employee per month. This consulting fee is the equivalent of 1% of <br />projected paid claims. <br /> <br />If this is approved by Council, please have signed and return one of the <br />originals to my attention while retaining the other for your files.
