Special employee meetings shall be held to <br />discuss the program and answer questions. Special <br />effort will be made to explain the program to <br />every employee. <br />3. A memorandum along with a copy of the Affirmative <br />Action. plan shall be sent to all supervisors <br />informing them of their general responsibilities <br />regarding this plan. <br />'~i~.
