Special Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Mr. Bruce Miku1in is requesting a Special Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow construction of a secondary dwelling at his home. <br />(615 South Idaho) This is listed as a conditional use in Section <br />5-600 of the City's Zoning Ordinance (No. 1501). This request has <br />been considered during the Planning & Zoning Commission's Public <br />Hearing and Regular Meeting of January 21, 1988. <br /> <br />During this meeting, Staff recommended against granting this <br />request based on inadequate building site area. (See back up <br />report) After reviewing Staff's report and taking public input, <br />the Commission split on the recommendation vote. <br /> <br />This request has therefore been forwarded with a split <br />recommendation. Three Commissioners favoring approval of this <br />condition use permit and three opposing it. <br /> <br />Action Required by Council: <br /> <br />1. Hold public hearing regarding this special conditional <br />use permit request. <br />2.
