Second by Councilperson Lloyd. The <br />motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, Gay, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />15. Administrative Reports: The City Manager reported on the <br />visit of Mayor Henry Cisneros on March 2 and 3. He asked <br />that Council be prepared to review this further and begin <br />some long range planning at the workshop on March 28. <br /> <br />Police Chief Charles Smith reported that the radios have <br />been received from the 100 Club and they will consider <br />making a formal presentation in the near future. <br /> <br />16. Council Action: Councilpersons Porter, Shipp, Gay, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought items to Council's <br />attention. <br /> <br />17. Council adjourned into executive session under V.A.T.S. <br />Article 6252-17, Section 2(E) (Legal) at 8:50 P.M., to <br />discuss contractual matters regarding airport leases. <br />Council returned to the table at 9:15 P.M. <br /> <br />18.
