Second by Councilperson Clarke. Council considered entering into an interlocal agreement <br />between the cities of Seabrook, Baytown, and La Porte for <br />cooperative purchase of malathion. <br />Motion was made _by-Councilperson Skeltg to approve <br />entering into an interlocal agreement for Durchase_of <br />malathion. Second by Councilperson Gay. The motion <br />carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, Gay, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />19. Council considered awarding a bid for a hydraulic and <br />vacuum cleaning unit. <br />MQU on was _made _by Councilperson Lloyd to award the bid for <br />a hydraulic and vacuum cleaning unit to Industrial Disposal <br />Supply in the _amount Qf $99,200.00. Second by <br />Councilperson Matuszak. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, Gay, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />20. Administrative Reports: <br />A. The City Manager introduced Mike Stewart, local Entex <br />manager, who addressed Council briefly regarding a <br />letter from Entex. The letter stated that Entex would <br />impose no rate increase in the next year, and would <br />continue with the high level of service they are <br />currently providing. <br />
