We recommend that we should not permit private carts at Bay Forest <br />Golf Course. Doing this will serve more justice to our cart fleet and <br />cart paths investment. <br /> <br />Two major disadvantages of private carts are liability and <br />marshalling. We would not know the condition of these carts, <br />therefore we would not know the hazards and risks involved. <br />Marshalling would become a nightmare for the Pro Shop staff.
