Motion was made bv Councilperson Skelton to award the bid for removal of dangerous buildings to Daniels Dump Truck Hauling, in the amount of $5,7QO. Council considered awarding a bid for construction of Little Cedar Bayou southern sanitary sewer trunk main. Motion was made bv Councilperson Waters to award the bid for construction of Little Cedar Bavou southern sanitary sewer trunk main to McKey Construction, in the amount of the base bid of $149,134. Administrative Reports: City Manager Bob Herrera called Council's attention to the fact that there will be a workshop on long range planning on May 18. At that time a special meeting will be held to ratify the District 3 recount, give the oath of office and seat the Councilmember. The meeting will convene at 6:00 P.M. A. Teen Support Group/Citizens Advisory Committee - Acting EMS Director Gary Williams addressed Council regarding an advisory committee recently formed with assistance from Humana Hospital Bay town, for a free counseling service for youth who are having drug- and alcohol-related problems.
