Charter memberships may be sold at a fee of Six <br />Hundred Dollars ($600.00) each for La Porte residents, and Seven <br />Hundred Dollars ($700.00) each for non-residents. The Charter <br />memberships shall be non-transferable, and shall include the <br />following benefits: <br />a) unlimited rounds of golf; <br />b) name listed on permanent plaque; <br />c) photograph with the golf professional; <br />d) bag tag; <br />e) Charter member golf hat; <br />f) Charter memberships are non-transferable, and the Charter <br />membership must specify an individual as the member; <br />g) Charter memberships will be effective October 1, 1988, <br />through September 30, 1989; Charter membership provisions <br />shall be subject to annual review by City Council; <br />h) no Charter membership shall be issued after September 30, <br />1988; <br />i) the entire amount of the Charter membership will be due in <br />cash at the time of purchase. <br />Charter membership does not include golf cart rental. The golf <br />course manager shall keep a record of the number of rounds of play <br />by each Charter member. <br />Section 6. The golf course manager shall promulgate and post <br />at the Clubhouse, reasonable rules and regulations governing the <br />operation and play at the golf course. The golf course manager shall <br />have the right to bar from further play at the golf course, any <br />person who, after warning, continues to violate any of such rules <br />and regulations. <br />Section 7. The rates hereby established shall remain in full <br />force and effect until modified or repealed by City Council. <br />Section 8. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, <br />hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council was <br />posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the <br />City for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as <br />required by the Open Meetings Law, Article 6252-17, Texas Revised <br />
