Council considered rejecting proposals received for proposal <br />#0020 and approving permission to enter into contract with <br />Harris County for SETCIC/JIMS services. <br /> <br />Motion was made by ~ouncilperson Matuszak to reject RFP #0020 <br />and grant permission to enter into a contract with Harris <br />Countv for SETCIC/JIMS services. Second by Councilperson <br />Gay. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, Porter, Gay, <br />Skel ton, Clarke and Mayor' Halone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />23. Council considered approving Change Order #3 for vent hood and <br />dry powder extinguishing system at the golf course club house. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Councilperson Gay to approve Change Order <br />No. '1 for the vent rwod and do'_ .P'Q1d'9~L extinguishing system at <br />the golf course Q).J..LQ .h9JJ.se, in the amount of $5416.40. Second <br />by Councilperson Waters. Council considered a consent agenda, as follows: Consider <br />awarding bids for tank demolition of College View wastewater <br />treatment plant, polymer, lime slurry, aggregate for surface <br />treatment, flexible base, asphaltic concrete pavement, <br />reinforced concrete pipe, and water and sewer supplies. <br /> <br />Notion was made by Councilperson Haters to approve the .c_Qn~~nt <br />agenda as QLesen~ed. Second by Councilperson Porter.
