Council considered awarding a bid for a Pavement Management <br />System. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Waters to award the bid for a <br />Pavement Management Svstem to Carter Associates at a price of <br />$10.000. Second by Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, <br />g ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, <br />Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />11. Council considered a consent agenda, as follows: <br />Consider awarding bid for lease of radar units <br />Consider awarding bid for chlorination units <br />Consider awarding bid for tires <br />Consider awarding bid for chemicals and fertilizer for Bay <br />Forest Golf Course <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />consent agenda as presented. Second by Councilperson Waters. <br />The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, <br />Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />12. Administrative Reports <br />A. City Manager Bob Herrera asked for a workshop on <br />February 1 for a report regarding the economic <br />development study performed by KPMG Peat Marwick. <br />B. Mr. Herrera reported that the City has received a <br />restraining order by the Browning family regarding <br />improvements to Elizabeth Lane. A report from the City <br />Attorney will be addressed in Executive Session, as <br />stated in the emergency addendum that the City <br />Secretary had posted. <br />
