<br />In accordance with the provisions of
<br />Ordinance 1501, the City of La Porte Zon-
<br />ing Ordinance, notice is hereby given that
<br />the La Porte Planning and Zoning Com-
<br />mission will conduct a public hearing at
<br />7:00 P.Dif;. on the 26th day of January,
<br />1989, in the Council Chambers of the City
<br />Hall, 604 1Nes Fairmont Parkway, La
<br />Porte, Texts. '}'he purpose of the Public
<br />Hearing is to c~nstder the request of Julia
<br />Berry, Execu~ix, Jennie Reid Estate, to
<br />rezone part of tracts 2? and 23, Enoch
<br />Brinson Survey, AbstracE #5, from Busi-
<br />ness Industrial (BI) to Ligk>!t Industrial (LI).
<br />A regular meeting will bq, held following
<br />the public hearing (or the purpose of act-
<br />ingupon the public hearing item and con-
<br />duct other matters pertaining to the Plan-
<br />ning and Zoning Commission.
<br />Citizens wishing to address the Com-
<br />missionpro orcon during the Public Hear-
<br />ing will be required to sign in before the
