liquid disch~ es and shall not cause traf-f~ congestion. Any parking <br />of clientele of said businesses located on these lots must be confined <br />with the boundaries of said lots. And said lots shall not be used for <br />storage, automobile, boat or truck repairs. No trailer house, camper, <br />bus or recreation vehicle shall be permitted for a longer time than 120 <br />days and shall not be used thereon at any time for rental or revenue <br />purposes. <br />NO. SIX <br />No building shall be located nearer ttre front line than twenty-five <br />(25) feet, nor nearer than twelve (12) feet to a side street line nor <br />nearer than five (5) feet to any other side lot line, except that any <br />garage attached to the main dwelling or any garage or other building <br />set back ninety (90) feet or more from the front property line may be <br />located not nearer than three (3) feet of the property line. No main <br />dwelling shall be located more than forty-five (45) feet from the front <br />property line. <br />NO. SEVEN <br />The principal dwelling to be constructed upon each of the lots fronting <br />upon North Avenue and South Avenue shall face upon the adjacent avenue. <br />' The principal dwelling upon any corner lot may be located to face the <br />adjacent avenue or street, but no structure placed upon any corner lot <br />shall be located nearer than twelve (12) feet to adjacent street or <br />twenty-five (25) feet to the adjacent avenue. <br />NO. EIGHT <br />Any improved lot shown upon the plat may be subdivided into not more <br />than two lots and if subdivided by line run North and South, each <br />subdivision thereof shall have a frontage on the adjacent avenue of not <br />less than fifty (50) feet, provided, however, corner lots may, in the <br />alternative, be divided by a line running East and West so that no <br />subdivided part thereof shall have a frontage on the adjacent street of <br />less than seventy-five (75) feet. In case a lot is subdivided into not <br />more than two lots as herein permitted, all restrictions and <br />limitations fixed in ttrese covenants shall apply to each portion as if <br />same were a full ].ot. Any lot may be improved, used and occuF~ied with <br />a one-family residence only. There shall be no duplexes, garaye <br />
