She presented a brief history <br />of the problems she has had with the City since she has been <br />a part of the City, and the citations she has received. She <br />stated that she intends to do whatever is necessary to protect <br />her property rights and the investment she has made. <br />10. Council considered an ordinance adopting permanent zoning for <br />former BayMUD area. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Waters to table this item <br />until the meeting of June 12. Second by Councilperson Gay. <br />The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, <br />Shipp, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />11. Council considered an ordinance approving concession services <br />agreement for services at Little Cedar Bayou Park Complex. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Shipp to approve a concession <br />services agreement with Concession Management Services for a <br />term of three years with a one year extension option. Second <br />by Councilperson Waters. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, <br />Shipp, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />12. Council considered awarding a bid for closed circuit TV <br />system. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Gay to award the bid for a <br />closed circuit TV system to Cues, Inc., in the amount of <br />22 900. Second by Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, <br />9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, <br />Shipp, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />13. Council considered authorizing funds for lease of a copy <br />machine for Public Works. <br />
