If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or <br /> <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such <br /> <br />decision shall not effect the validity of the remaining portions of <br /> <br /> <br />this ordinance, or Ordinance 150l or any amendments thereto, <br /> <br />including this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 10. This Ordinance shall be effective fourteen (14) <br /> <br />days after its passage and approval.
