Staff was <br />directed to pursue the purchase of land in Shady River and <br />the City Manager and the City Attorney were directed to meet <br />with the owner of Bayport Aviation. <br /> <br />Council considered Ordinance 1661, appointing members to the <br />La Porte Planning and Zoning commission. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv CouncilDerson Matuszak to table this item. <br />Second by Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 7 ayes <br />and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />None <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />17.
