Council considered a consent agenda as follows: (A) Consider <br />awarding bid for hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, Mod Di <br />(B) Consider awarding bid for flexible base (crushed stone) i <br />(C) Consider awarding bid for two refuse trucks. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />consent aqenda as presented. Second by Councilperson Waters. <br />The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />CouncilpersonsWaters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, <br />Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />None <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />14. Administrative Reports: The City Manager invited Council to <br />tour the newly remodeled computer room after the conclusion <br />of the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Herrera also asked Council for guidance regarding a <br />meeting schedule during the months of November and December. <br />Council indicated that the regular meeting on November 13 <br />would be sufficient for November, and that December 11 would <br />satisfy the December meeting requirements. They suggested <br />that if other meetings were needed they could be called. <br /> <br />15. Council Action: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, <br />McLaughlin, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought <br />items to Council's attention. <br /> <br />16. There was no executive session. <br /> <br />17.
