Box 1115 <br />LaPorte, Texas 77572-1115 <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br />Big Three Industrial Gas, Inc. plans to construct a six inch <br />hydrogen pipeline beginning in Exxon's Friendswood "520" <br />Corridor, approximately 1000 feet south of Fairmont Parkway at <br />our LaPorte plant, continuing north into Exxon's' Bayport - <br />Baytown Corridor and crossing Fairmont Parkway, Spencer Highway, <br />North "D" Street, North "H" Street, North "L" Street, North "P" <br />Street, Old LaPorte Road, State Highway 225, Strang Road and <br />Miller Cut-Off Road. The pipeline continues north to the <br />intersection of Exxon's Houston Ship Channel West Corridor, turns <br />west and continues across Miller Cut-Off Road to Dow Road. The <br />pipeline then turns south and parallels the east side of Dow Road <br />until terminating at the northeast corner of Dow Chemical's <br />LaPorte plant. Big Three plans to parallel the six inch hydrogen <br />pipeline with a twelve inch nitrogen pipeline beginning <br />approximately 430 feet south of North "H" Street and following <br />the above described routing of the six inch hydrogen pipeline to <br />the northeast corner of Dow Chemical's LaPorte plant. The <br />attached copy of a quad map indicates the beginning points, <br />ending points and routing of the six inch hydrogen and twelve <br />inch nitrogen pipelines. Also attached are pipe data sheets for <br />each of -the two pipelines. <br />The following list of attached drawings represents all of the <br />road crossings for the six inch hydrogen and twelve inch nitrogen <br />pipelines. These drawings show the proposed plan and profile <br />views for each of the below listed road crossings. <br />3535 W.
