Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to table ordinance for 30 days. Motion was made bY Councilperson Clarke to adopt Ordinance 1684 as read bv the City Attorney. Second by Councilperson Porter. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, McLaughlin, Porter, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone None Nays: 14. Council considered an ordinance declaring the building located on lots 3 and 4, block 89, to be a nuisance. The City Attorney read ORDINANCE 1685, giving the legal description as LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 89 and the owner of record as LUCILLE YOUNG. Motion was made bY Councilperson Waters to adopt Ordinance 1685 as read by the city Attorney. Second by Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays.
