The purpose of this request is to allow permanent <br />placement of a portable storage building on the church's property <br />located at 10401 Belfast Drive in Fairmont Park. <br /> <br />The building is to be used for church storage. Under the <br />requirements of Ordinance 1501, Section 5-600, Table A, a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit is required before this or any other <br />expansion of a religious facility may take place in an R-l, <br />residential zone. <br /> <br />After considering the applicants' request, Staff's report <br />and citizen comment, the Planning and Zoning Commission, by <br />unanimous vote, has recommended the denial of this request. <br /> <br />Respectful~ <br /> <br /> <br />~ves, Chairman <br />~~~~~i~~aand Zoning Commission <br /> <br />cc: Planning and Zoning Commission Members <br />
