Should the Commission recommend approval of this request, staff ~ould suggest that the follo~ing conditions be attached to the permit. 1) Landscapinq: The area immediately surrounding this building shall be landscaped. The purpose of the landscaping is to improve the aesthetic appearance of the site. Required landscaping shall not obscure the vie~ of the building entrance or the surrounding area. The landscape planting plan shall require approval by the Director of Community Development. Required landscaping shall be in place at a date no later than thirty (30) days from the date of permit approval. 2) Security liqhtinq: All faces of the storage building containing door or ~indo~ openings shall be illuminated by security lighting. Such lighting shall be directed to~ard the building and a~ay from adjacent property lines. Required lighting shall be in place and functional at a date no later than thirty (30) days from the date of permit approval.
