This request has been made by <br />Grace Baptist Church for the purpose of allowing the construction <br />of a new church which is to be located on Lts 7-12 and 22-26 of <br />Block B of the Greendale Subdivision. This tract is further <br />described as 11141 North "L" Street. Due to the R-1, Low Density <br />Residential Zoning assigned to this property, a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit authorizing development is required. This <br />is in accordance with the provisions of Zoning Ordinance Section <br />5-600 Table A. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has found this request to <br />be in substantial compliance with Zoning Ordinance pre -requisite <br />requirements and has recommended approval of Special Conditional <br />Use Permit Request #SCU90-004. <br />Options: <br />At the close of Public Hearing: <br />I. Approve SCU90-004 <br />A. As recommended by Planning and Zoning Commission <br />B. With added conditions <br />II. Table request for further consideration at a future <br />date. <br />III. Deny request. <br />
