The meeting was called to order by Mayor Malone at 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Members of ci tv Council Present: Mayor Norman Malone, <br />Councilpersons Guy Sutherland, Mike Cooper, Ed Matuszak, Bob <br />McLaughlin, Alton Porter, Deotis Gay, B. Don Skelton, Jerry <br />Clarke <br /> <br />Members of City Council Absent: None <br /> <br />Members of ci tv Staff Present : City Manager Bob Herrera, City <br />Attorney Knox ASkins, Assistant to the City Secretary Sue <br />Lenes, Assistant city Manager John Joerns, Assistant Director <br />of Public Works Buddy Jacobs, Golf Pro/Manager Alex Osmond, <br />Golf Course Superintendent Dennis Hvalaty, Human Resources <br />Manager/Purchasing Manager Louis Rigby, Director of Community <br />Development Joel Albrecht, Police Chief Bobby Powell <br /> <br />Others Present: Mr. Ed Feith; John Black, Bayshore Sun; <br />several citizens <br /> <br />2. The invocation was given by Councilperson Skelton. <br /> <br />3. Council considered approving the minutes of the emergency <br />meeting held November 6, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Porter to approve the <br />November 6 minutes as presented. Second by Councilperson <br />Clarke. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke <br />Malone <br />None <br /> <br />Matuszak, <br />and Mayor <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />4. Second by Councilperson <br />Porter.
