Such notice shall advertise the time and place nt public hearing, whtclr said hear°li~g shall be held not less than twenty (20) days from the date of the first publication. Such notice shall give the name of the applicant, the name of the business under which the applicant proposes to operate and any other pertinent data that the Clty Secretary may deem necessary.
