The aommlttee shall also instruct the Clty <br />Secretary to publish an official notice of its findings !n the newspaper <br />within such time. ' <br />Sea. 8-8. Denial of Certlflcate ~f Convenienao apd Necessity ,~ or Auto <br />~lrecker Permi$~. <br />If the aommltttee finds from its hearings and investigation that <br />convenience and necessity does not exist for the operation of fire vehlale <br />or vehlales applied tor, it shall instruct fire Clty Secretary to so notify <br />the applicant !n writing wlthlrr ten (10) days from the last date of the <br />hearing. An applicant who has been dented a permit or permits by the <br />committee, and whose appeal to the Clty Cauncll as hereinafter provided, Ls <br />denied, or ih~ decision not having been appealed to .the aommlttee, shall <br />not be permitted to make another application for slxi(6) months from the <br />date of his filing of the application for fire auto wrocker permit. <br />Sec. 6-10. Appeal from the FJ ndinga ~t the Clty Wrec er Committee. <br />Alter the com~eittee has made its tlndings and declares same, the <br />applicant, or any person opposing the said application who entered an <br />appearance at the hoaring before the committee, shall have the right to <br />file an appeal wi(:hin ten (10) days from the receipt of the city <br />Secretary's written notice, or from the date of the,publlshed notice, as <br />applicable. The appeal shall be !n the form of a letter addressed to the <br />City Secretary stating that an appeal from the decision of the committee !s <br />desired. The City Secretary shall notify the Clty Council of such appeal, <br />and the Council, as soon as practicable, after receiving said notice of <br />appeal together with the findings of the committee, shall grant or deny, in <br />open session, such applioation for a hearing. If a hearing !s granted, the <br />City Council ~ha~ll sustain, modify or reverse the ftndings made by the <br />committee and shall so notlty the Clty Secretary of 'its tlndings. The <br />ftndings of the City Council shall be final. If no appeal is made to the <br />City Council from thE~ <br />
