May 6, 1991, Page 4 <br />9. Administrative Reports <br />A. Mr. Herrera announced a joint workshop meeting on May 28 <br />with Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the <br />Beneficial Uses Group. <br />B. There will be a special meeting of Council on May 14 to <br />approve refunding of bonds. <br />C. The SEED annual banquet will be held May 16 at the John <br />Ray Harrison Convention Center. Cherie Black will <br />contact Council members for their reservations. <br />D. Congratulations to Council members on their election. A <br />Council retreat, new Council orientation, and a meeting <br />with Councilperson Thrower will be held soon. <br />E. Art Story will be at the May 20 meeting to discuss <br />flooding problems. <br />10. Council Action <br />Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, <br />Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought items to <br />Council's attention. <br />11.
