Box 597 Seabrook, Texas 77586 (713) 474-4151 <br />April 17, 1991 <br />Ms. Cherie Black, City Secretary <br />City of La Porte <br />Post Office Box 1115 <br />La Porte, Texas 77572-1115 <br />Dear Ms. Black: <br />11 <br />The City of La Porte has requested our consent for the closure <br />of South "M" Street, between South Broadway and South First Street, <br />Town of La Porte. <br />We currently have facilities within the road right of way that <br />is to be abandoned and an estimate of cost to relocate these <br />facilities has been prepared and forwarded to the City by separate <br />correspondence. <br />After these overhead distribution facilities have been relocated <br />to their new position on South First Street, our Company will <br />interpose no objection to the planned street closure, as we will have <br />no further need for easement rights in the area vacated. <br />If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please <br />advise. <br />Sincerely, <br />J im Wyag <br />District Manager <br />JW/ j m <br />cc/ Joel Albrecht, Director of Community Development <br />A Subsidiary of Houston Industries Incorporated <br />
