Eight bids were <br />sent out with two bidders submitting bids and one no bid. <br />The low bid was submitted by KOVATCH MOBILE EQUIPMENT COMPANY in <br />the amount of $175,853.00, and a price of $800.00 extra for a <br />fiberglass tank.
