At that time the City of La Porte again contacted <br />several local businessmen personally, requesting that they submit <br />proposals. Two (2) companies responded. <br />Las Hadas Mexican Restaurant came in with a 15.5$ commission on <br />sales and Country Club Catering & 19th Hole with a 20$ commission <br />on sales at the wave pool. <br />Staff recommends awarding contract to Country Club Catering & 19th <br />Hole with high bid at 20~ commission for operating concessions at <br />Little Cedar Bayou Wave Pool. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Authorize City Manager to sign contract between City of La Porte <br />and Country Club Catering & 19th Hole for operating concessions at <br />Little Cedar Bayou Wave Pool. <br />Availability of Funds: <br />General Fund Water/Wastewater <br />Capital Improvement General Revenue Sharing <br />XXX Other <br />Account Number: N/A Funds Available: YES NO <br />Approved for City Council Agenda <br />7~2~~~.2 <br />Robe errera Date <br />Cit nager <br />
