Video Presentation (to be shown only if requested by Council) . <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br />----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />City Council, on September 14, 1992, authorized a public hearing <br />for the purpose of considering condemnation on six (6) substandard <br />and dangerous buildings. Council is asked to take testimony from <br />the building owners and any concerned citizens as to whether or not <br />the buildings should be condemned and demolished. At the close of <br />the hearing, Council will consider passage of the condemnation <br />ordinances. <br /> <br />Reoommendation <br /> <br />Order demolition of all six (6) structures by passage of <br />condemnation ordinances. <br /> <br />Action Required by Council: <br /> <br />1.
