d&NANCE NO. 1829-A <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR THE USE OF THE LA PORTE <br />RECREATION AND FITNESS CENTER. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE. <br />Section I. Admission to the La Porte Recreation and Fitness <br />Center may be obtained by purchase of a membership <br />or by paying a general admission fee. <br />A. Memberships for the La Porte Recreation and Fitness <br />Center may be purchased at the Parks and Recreation <br />Office. A member of the family must apply in person for <br />the membership. <br />PROOF OF RESIDENCY: For purchase of resident <br />memberships, residents must present current water and <br />sewer bill, rental receipt or tax statement with valid <br />Texas Drivers License. (Drivers License not acceptable <br />proof by itself) . <br />B. LA PORTE COMMERCIAL: Is defined as employees and owners <br />whose workplace is a business or corporation physically <br />located within the corporate City Limits of the City of <br />La Porte, where taxes on the property owned or leased, <br />are paid at loot valuation. <br />Fees established for memberships are as follows: <br />MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: <br />Section II. MEMBERSHIP FEES <br />1) PLAN A - FACILITY USE MEMBERSHIP <br />2) PLAN B - FACILITY USE PLUS <br />RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL MEMBERSHIP <br />3) PLAN C - FACILITY USE PLUS SWIMMING POOL <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />4) PLAN D - FACILITY USE, RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL <br />AND SWIMMING POOL MEMBERSHIP <br />5) PLAN E - COMMERCIAL MEMBERSHIP <br />6) PLAN F - SWIM AND HANDBALL/RACQUETBALL PER <br />DAY/HOUR USAGE FEES <br />7) PLAN G - GUEST FEES <br />A. Facility Use Membership - Plan A <br />Plan A Membership entitles holder to the use of all <br />facility amenities except the swimming pool and <br />racquetball/handball courts. <br />
