SECTION 2. . 40 <br />Article XI. "Signs", Section 11.05, "Temporary Signs" is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 11.05. Temporary Signs. <br />(a) <br />Definitions. <br />(1) <br />Signs falling in, but not 11mited to, the A40110wi,ng <br />Categories shall be interpreted as temporary signs: <br />those advertising community events, grand openings, <br />garage sales, (and] on --premise real estate signs six <br />- <br />(6) square feet or less per face in area intended to <br />sell, lease or rent the property to which such real <br />estate sign is affixed and off-2remise real estate <br />a,ia�ts s_ ix 6 square et or pg a e �, area <br />intended to sell, lease or rent property in g_i new, <br />developing - subdivision which houses &M active salep <br />Otf_ice <br />(2) <br />All signs greater than six (6) square feet per face in <br />area, except fabric or_flexibl.e plastic film banners <br />and flags, including on -premise real estate signs <br />feet shall be categorized <br />greater than six (6) square <br />as permanent signs regardless of their physical <br />characteristics or original intended purpose and shall <br />conform to all provisions controlling permanent signs. <br />(b) <br />General restrictions.
