Bid requests were mailed to ten (10) vendors with <br />four (4) returning bids. <br />Staff is requesting this item to aid in the prevention of vandalism <br />at the golf course. <br />Staff recommends awarding the contract to Dow Fencing and Supply, <br />low bidder meeting specifications for 3,200 ft. of 6 ft. fencing <br />(chain link) to be installed at Bay Forest Golf Course. <br />This item is not budgeted for Capital Improvement.
