~ -- <br />PORTABLE SIGN CONTROLS <br />ARTICLE 3 SECTION 100 - DEFINITIONS <br />Portable sign: A sign which is not permanently and rigidly affixed <br />or attached to the ground and is designed or <br />constructed to be easily moved from one location to <br />another, including signs mounted upon or designed <br />to be mounted on a trailer, wheeled carrier, or <br />other non-motorized mobile structure. This <br />definition shall also include any vehicle or <br />trailer parked so as to be visible from a public <br />right-of-way for the primary purpose of <br />advertisement of products or directing people to a <br />business or activity located on the same or nearby <br />property or any other premises. <br />Page 1 <br />
